Setup Instructions
Go to Integrations
Navigate to Dashboard β Integrations and find Gmail in the list.
Authorize with Google
Click "Connect" and sign in with your Google account. Grant the requested permissions.

When you connect Gmail, you also get access to:
Troubleshooting
"Access denied" or permission error
This usually means the OAuth token has expired. Go to Dashboard β Integrations β Gmail and click "Reconnect" to refresh your authorization.
Emails aren't triggering my agent
- Check that your agent is set to "Active" status
- Verify the email matches your trigger filters (labels, sender)
- Check the "Skipped" tab in your agent logs for reasons
- Ensure the email arrived after you connected Gmail
Can I connect multiple Gmail accounts?
Yes! You can connect multiple Gmail accounts and choose which one to use per agent. Go to Integrations and click "Add another account" under Gmail.
Will this work with Google Workspace (business accounts)?
Yes! Both personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace accounts are supported. Your admin may need to approve third-party app access in the Workspace admin console.
