Troubleshooting

Messages not appearing in my channel
  1. Make sure the Inteliworks app is added to the channel (type /invite @Inteliworks)
  2. Check that the correct channel is selected in your agent settings
  3. Verify the integration is still connected in Dashboard β†’ Integrations
Getting "channel_not_found" error

This usually means the channel is private and the app hasn't been invited. Either:

  • Use a public channel instead
  • Invite the app to your private channel
How do I disconnect Slack?
