Verification
We will verify your identity before processing requests. We may ask you to confirm your account email, provide additional identifying information, or verify recent transactions. If you use an authorized agent, we may require signed authorization and verify both identities.
Response Timing
- We will confirm receipt within 10 business days
- We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 calendar days
- Complex requests may be extended by an additional 45 days with notice
8. Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
- Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in our website footer
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser
- Submit a request via our Privacy Request Form
We honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests for sales and sharing.
9. Financial Incentive Programs
We do not offer financial incentive programs that require the disclosure of personal information. If we offer such programs in the future, we will update this notice with details about the material terms and how to opt in or out.
10. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
