Our Commitment
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with Inteliworks. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased directly through Inteliworks.
1. Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial:
- No credit card required to start your trial
- Full access to all features in your selected plan
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
- Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Inteliworks after your trial, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment:
- Request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
- Full refund of your first month's subscription fee
- For annual plans, full refund of the annual payment
- No questions asked β we'll process your refund promptly
Note: The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to renewals or additional purchases.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period
Downgrades
- Downgrade to a lower plan anytime
- New pricing takes effect at your next billing cycle
- No pro-rated refunds for downgrades within a billing period
4. Annual Subscriptions
30-Day Guarantee
If you cancel within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase, you'll receive a full refund.
After 30 Days
If you cancel after the 30-day guarantee period:
- We offer pro-rated refunds for unused months (full months only)
- The annual discount (typically 20%) will be forfeited
- Refund = Remaining months Γ Monthly rate minus discount forfeiture
- Minimum 3 months must remain for a pro-rated refund
Example: You purchased an annual plan for $948 ($79/mo). After 4 months, you cancel. You have 8 months remaining. Refund calculation: 8 months Γ $99/mo (standard monthly rate) = $792 credit, minus 20% discount forfeiture adjustment. Final refund may vary.
5. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise and custom plans are governed by your specific contract terms. Generally:
- Refer to your Master Service Agreement (MSA) for refund terms
- Custom cancellation and refund terms may apply
- Contact your Account Executive for cancellation requests
6. Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases
Usage-Based Charges
- Overage charges and usage-based fees are non-refundable
- AI processing credits that have been consumed are non-refundable
- Unused pre-purchased credits may be refunded within 30 days
Done-For-You Services
- Implementation services: 50% refund if cancelled before work begins
- Custom development: Non-refundable once work has started
- Consulting hours: Unused hours may be refunded within 90 days
Agent Bundles
- One-time bundle purchases are refundable within 14 days
- If agents have been deployed, partial refund may apply
7. Exclusions
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Fraudulent accounts or chargebacks
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers (contact reseller directly)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless explicitly stated)
- Free plans or trial periods
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Dashboard: Go to Settings β Billing β Request Refund
- Email: Contact billing@inteliworks.io with your account email and reason
- Support: Contact our support team via chat or support ticket
Please include:
- Your account email address
- Reason for refund (helps us improve)
- Transaction date or invoice number
9. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear
- Bank transfers may take 2-3 weeks depending on your bank
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
10. Currency and Taxes
- Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount
- Taxes may be refunded based on local regulations
- We cannot refund taxes collected on behalf of tax authorities
11. Account Data After Cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export your data before or during this period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
- Enterprise customers may have custom data retention terms
12. Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or have concerns about a refund:
- Contact billing@inteliworks.io to resolve the issue
- Provide relevant documentation to support your claim
- We'll investigate and respond within 10 business days
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in account suspension and additional fees.
